This is the master bedroom. It has a king bed, fresh Pottery Barn linens, a wall-mount 50″ TV. The spacious and private master bathroom has gorgeous tile work, a glass walk-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet.
Nursery
Tailored especially for families traveling with small children, the large walk-in closet attached to the master suite doubles as the perfect nursery, closing off completely from the master bedroom via the master bathroom sliding door. A pack-n-play and black-out blinds are provided!
Upstairs Bedrooms 2
This bedroom has a plush queen bed with Pottery Barn linens and wall-mount TV. A large window opens to views of the rock formations and open space behind the house. Shared bathroom across the hall has a tub and shower!

This bedroom has a comfortable full bed with twin trundle–great for kids! It also has Pottery Barn linens. A large window opens to views of the rock formations and open space behind the house. Shared bathroom across the hall has a tub and shower!

Cabin Rules
Thank you for taking the time to read the following rules. If there is anything that is confusing, or if you have questions, please contact Opulence (Kaelin). We desire to have very clear communication upfront, so there is no confusion during your stay. Of course, as in all rentals, violations of house rules or guest policy can result in fees and/or the cancellation of a stay.

No Smoking
We are not 420-friendly. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside, please. Outdoor smoking is permitted.

Cameras
We use cameras outdoors and in the garage but never inside. The hot tub is not within view of any camera.

Safety
The indoor fireplace is currently decorative and not safe for use. For your comfort and safety, the home is protected with an alarm system. We’ll give guests instructions about how to arm and disarm the alarm.

Minimum Age
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. #STR-0285
Get to Know the Owners…
We are the Kohlmans and the Fowlers, parents and grandparents in our family. We have spent much of our lives working with children, both in our professions and in our volunteer work. Our life-long involvement has included day care, school staffing and volunteering, kids’ clubs, sports teams, camps, church children’s ministry, and youth groups.
Currently, we (the Kohlmans) are realtors in the Colorado Springs area. We (the Fowlers) lead a grandparenting organization and live in California, visiting Divide (and the grandkids) as often as we can.
Our closeness as a family, our strong faith, our commitment to integrity, and our love of serving others comprise the legacy that we want to pass on to the generations that follow us.
This cabin is an investment in that legacy.
For our children and grandchildren, and all other children who will visit, we’ve worked to make this cabin a delightful mountain forest adventure for kids and teens, and (of course) for the adults that accompany them.

My family and I visit destinations all around the globe as often as we can. While not based in Colorado, I fell in love with the state and all it has to offer!
